TAG Heuer Gift Cards are available for purchase in selected TAG Heuer Boutiques in various countries, including France, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates.
The Gift Card is non-personalized and can be enjoyed by anyone presenting it at any TAG Heuer boutique in participating locations. The TAG Heuer Gift Card can be redeemed for any TAG Heuer products or services at participating boutiques. A new gift card cannot be purchased with an existing gift card.
Please note that it cannot be used for purchases on e-commerce websites or at non-participating points of sale. The gift card can only be used in participating Boutiques in the country where the card was purchased. If the balance on the Gift Card does not fully cover your purchase, you can settle the remaining amount using another accepted payment method. You can also use the Gift Card across multiple purchases until the balance is exhausted. Only one Gift Card can be applied per transaction.
Each TAG Heuer Gift Card is valid from its date of purchase :
- for 1 year in France, Italy, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates.
- for 3 years in Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands and Australia.
- for 5 years in Spain.
Yes, products purchased with a Gift Card can be returned in accordance with the Returns & Exchanges policy of the boutique. The refunded amount will be credited in a new Gift Card. For multi-payment transactions, refunds will be issued proportionally based on the initial payment methods.
Unfortunately, TAG Heuer cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the Gift Card. Under no circumstances may this gift card be exchanged or refunded, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever (theft, loss, damage, expiry, etc.), even if it has not been used in full by the end of its validity date.
You can easily check your Gift Card balance by contacting any participating TAG Heuer boutique in your country where you purchased the gift card.
All standard payment methods accepted by TAG Heuer boutiques are available for purchasing a Gift Card, subject to local policies and regulations, such as cash limitations.
No, the Gift Card is a one-time credit purchase and cannot be reloaded.
