With our Connected Watch Trade-in, you can visit one of the selected TAG Heuer boutique where our programme is available, bring your old TAG Heuer Connected watch and benefit from a trade-in credit toward your next purchase of the latest generation. IN-STORE PROCESS
Bring your previous generation TAG Heuer Connected with you when visiting our boutique. Our in-store watch specialists will confirm its eligibility to the Connected Watch Trade-in Program and after such confirmation, they will deduct the applicable credit value from the purchase price of your new TAG Heuer Connected Watch.
ONLINE PROCESS
Contact our Customer Care team within thirty (30) days following your online purchase of a TAG Heuer Connected Watch. We will provide you with detailed instructions explaining how to benefit from the Connected Watch Trade-in Program. You will receive a pre-paid shipping label to send the TAG Heuer Connected Watch you want to trade-in back to us. Once we have received your TAG Heuer Connected Watch and verified it matches with your description, we will refund you according to the applicable trade-in value.

WHAT WILL BECOME OF YOUR CONNECTED TRADE-IN?
Each trade-in device and accessories will be dismantled in accordance with Swiss environmental standards to separate the reusable materials and minimize the impact on the environment.
MOST FREQUENT QUESTIONS
To benefit from the Trade-in Program, you must send the Tarde-in request to our Customer Care Team within thirty days from your online purchase. After that, the Customer Care team will provide you with instructions on how to ship back the watch you want to trade-in.
Please keep in mind that once we confirm your watch is eligible upon reception, and complete the Connected Watch Trade-in process, you transfer its ownership to us. We cannot return any trade-in watch once the trade-in has been completed.

Yes, if your watch is not working anymore you can also benefit from this trade-in. The watch will then be disposed in an environmentally responsible way.
